Freshness — by date
Every batch has a production date. When the selling period ends, the system removes the item from the shop by itself — it doesn’t depend on anyone’s memory.

FAQ
How do I pay?
On pickup — cash or card to the staff. Online payment via Click and Payme is coming later.
How long is my reservation held?
Items are held until the end of your time slot plus one more hour. After that the reservation is released automatically.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, until it’s picked up — with the “Cancel order” button on the order page.
Do I need Telegram?
No. The pickup code is shown on the order page. In our Telegram bots you can also place an order and get notifications: code, status and new batches.
What if the item I need is out of stock?
Press “Notify me” in the location’s shop — we’ll let you know when a new batch arrives.
Where can I find my orders?
Under “My orders” at the top of the page — it lists the links from this device. To open an order on another phone, save its link.
